Cancellation Policy
At Binks Nails, I value both your time and mine. To secure your appointment, a $15 deposit is required. Your $15 deposit goes towards your service and will be deducted from your final payment the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, I have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
If you for any reason need to reschedule with me and have message me before 48 hours till the appointment your deposit will still be valid for the rescheduled appointment.
If you need to reschedule after 48 hours till your appointment, your deposit will not be deducted from the rescheduled appointment.
If you are feeling sick, please reach out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Your health comes first, and I want you to feel better while also preventing the spread of illness.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service and possibly will result in being unable to book with me again.
Communication is essential to me and my business. I strive to be understanding, but my policies are in place to ensure everything runs smoothly.
