At Binks Nails, I value both your time and mine. To secure your appointment, a $20 deposit is required. Your $20 deposit goes towards your service and will be deducted from your final payment the day of your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. Please note that I do not work over other peoples work, please make sure to come in with bare nails! After booking your appointment it is essential that you message me with the following information: -inspo picture -desired length -desired shape -picture of your nails; each hand (new clients only) By doing so I will be more prepared for your appointment! Thank you in advance 💌 I understand that life happens, but to keep things running smoothly, I have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. If you for any reason need to reschedule with me and have message me 24 hours before the appointment your deposit will still be valid for the rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be deducted from the rescheduled appointment. If you are feeling sick, please reach out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Your health comes first, and I want you to feel better while also preventing the spread of illness. No-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the service. Communication is essential to me and my business. I strive to be understanding, but my policies are in place to ensure everything runs smoothly.
